As human, we feel fearful

A lot of times we may feel like life is scary. As human, we do feel uncertainty. The heart isn’t always going to feel safe.

We may first begin by accepting that we can be fearful at times, such is a condition of the human being.

Fear can be cumulative, consecutive, or can suddenly appear without a predisposed reason.

After the acceptance, or might along with acceptance, we can start wishing for a lovely next thing to happen.

This can be different than optimism. This is kind of like, say you got sick and started to feel afraid of sickness and death, one can wish and simultaneously see themselves very healthy in the next few days, or years. But there’s a limit to this.

SOMETIMES, fear comes as the outcome of life. Nothing may have directly happened to us, but we can sense that life isn’t as safe.

The constant of us will not be constantly wishing and seeing the beautiful outcome. You may be constantly switching between the two. The fear and uncertainty of life, and the hope that reminds you that this hard moment is not the end.
