Depression and Life

Depression may have convinced us that we will have to stick with the label they gave us. We are entitled to the title ‘diagnosed with depression’.
And how we will not try happiness because we may fail and become more disappointed all over again with the reality of how we feel.

Of depression’s words, it has told us we were supposed to feel guilty for no reason, that we are worthless, it convinced us that we’ll never feel a vast of emotions, nor feel like there’s a worth to existence.

However, we are still human of capacity, this is the truth. We shall always return to possibility of becoming better, reaching to where we can finally feel home and at peace with ourselves. It will happen.

The recovery may be ongoing, but it gets to places. Each place is different, may not necessarily always feel like a win.

But no one has ever convinced you that you don’t deserve to live except depression.
